Terms of use

What Ruby Grid is
Ruby Grid is a free puzzle game that runs in your browser. There is nothing to buy, there are no accounts, and playing costs nothing. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Playing fair
Play the game with your own hands. Do not use bots or scripts to play, and do not send scores to the server any other way than by finishing a run on the board. We delete scores that look fake and we may block anyone who keeps trying.
Player names
Your name is public on the leaderboard. Do not use someone else's real name, slurs, advertising or web addresses. We can rename or remove any name without notice.
What you give us
You give us a player name and, if you write to us, a message. You keep ownership of both. You allow us to show your player name and best score on the leaderboard, and to read the messages you send.
The game as it is
The game comes as is. It can go offline, lose scores or reset the leaderboard without notice. We try to avoid all three, but we do not promise it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from playing a free game.
Who owns what
The code, artwork and text of Ruby Grid belong to its operator. You are welcome to link to the site. Please do not copy the game and publish it as your own.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms we update the date at the top. Questions go through the contact form.
